1. All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

- Size/fit preferences
- Color variations (digital screens may display colors differently)
- Minor imperfections that don't affect product functionality
2. Defective or Damaged Items
We will replace items only if:
- Received with manufacturing defects (loose threads, stitching errors)
- Damaged during shipping (crushed packaging, water damage)
- Wrong item shipped (different from what was ordered)
You must:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/video of the issue
- Keep all original tags and packaging
3. Resolution Process
For approved claims:
- Replacements: Subject to stock availability
- Store credit: Issued if replacement isn't possible
- No cash refunds will be provided
