1. All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Size/fit preferences
  • Color variations (digital screens may display colors differently)
  • Minor imperfections that don't affect product functionality

2. Defective or Damaged Items

We will replace items only if:

  • Received with manufacturing defects (loose threads, stitching errors)
  • Damaged during shipping (crushed packaging, water damage)
  • Wrong item shipped (different from what was ordered)

You must:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/video of the issue
  • Keep all original tags and packaging

3. Resolution Process

For approved claims:

  • Replacements: Subject to stock availability
  • Store credit: Issued if replacement isn't possible
  • No cash refunds will be provided
